Most of our houses are designed so that transport stays affordable, and wider loads can be arranged. Every house travels protected from the weather, and the cargo is insured.

Further away? Selected models are designed to be shipped by sea in a container.

Two production sites, one standard

Our main production is in Lääne-Virumaa, Estonia. For clients in Southern and Western Europe, we also build in Spain. A shorter distance means a lower transport cost. The quality is exactly the same: same designs, same materials, same building standards and the same quality checks. Only the starting point of the trip changes. Wherever your house is built, you can visit the production or join a video call to see it being made.

A tiny home builder from Estonia

BalticHaus designs and builds modular and tiny houses for year-round living in a northern climate. Every house is made in our own production in Estonia and Spain, from the timber frame to the last fitting, and delivered across Europe.

We have been building and renovating for more than 12 years. Today our range covers 33 models, from an 11.85 m² retreat to a 100 m² family home. You get a fixed price for the whole build, pay in stages as your house takes shape, and can visit the workshop at any point along the way.
