Visualisation
An open-plan living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and large windows throughout.

Midgard is a two-storey modular house of 38 m² with three rooms — an open-plan living room with a kitchen and two separate bedrooms — plus a modern bathroom, built for year-round living. Large windows throughout let in plenty of natural light and give it a bright, spacious feel.
Like every BalticHaus model, it is built for year-round living in Scandinavian conditions — a dense timber frame, 200 mm of stone wool in the walls, floor and ceiling, and triple-glazed PVC windows.
