Gallery – built modular houses and construction

The Avalon model has found its home in Kuusalu, right by the river. Although it is only 23.4 m² (plus terrace), this guesthouse is fully equipped: an open living area, a separate sleeping zone, a bathroom and a terrace with views of the river.

Our terraces are built from scratch in our production facility. The finished modular terrace is delivered to the property in one piece, so it can be installed quickly and used straight away.

How we build a modular house frame from scratch, shown on the Griffin model: planed C24-graded structural timber, kiln-dried wood, beams and joints machine-cut to exact measurements, and frames built in a controlled factory environment.

For a client in Hiiumaa we built a pile foundation — a good choice for soft soil, uneven terrain or coastal conditions. It is precisely levelled and aligned, built for the coastal climate and quick to install with little disturbance to the ground.

Larger modular homes can also be delivered as ready-made units. This house was transported in two separate modules and joined on site, which kept installation quick and on-site construction to a minimum.

Model Gaya makes efficient use of a compact footprint: 23.4 m² of living area, a bedroom on the second floor and a large terrace — for a holiday retreat or year-round living.
