About Rama

Rama is a two-storey modular house with 81.8 m² of living space and three rooms — a bedroom, a spacious living room with an open kitchen and an additional room upstairs — plus a bathroom, built for year-round living. Its triangular form and large windows make it distinctive, and a terrace adds space to enjoy the weather.

Like every BalticHaus model, it is built for year-round living in Scandinavian conditions — a dense timber frame, 200 mm of stone wool in the walls, floor and ceiling, and triple-glazed PVC windows.
